We offer a large selection of designer dresses. We are an "authorized retailer" with all the companies provided on our web site. Our store deals directly with the company and no one in between. This enables us to order any dress from the designated companies even if the gown is not part of our sample collection.
We offer "the loaner program" to our customers. The loaner program provides customers the ability to request a dress from the company in order to try the gown on before purchasing that particular gown. The specific dress requested will be checked for availability. Additionally, we will provide you with a time frame in which it will arrive at our store. Every company has a different time frame, but it runs between 3 to 5 days if the dresses are available.
Our customers are required to pay for the shipping cost ahead of time. The shipping cost will be deducted off the price of the gown ordered through our store. The customer is not obligated to order the specific loaner gown requested. The customer may select another wedding gown from the specific designers we carry. If the customer does not decide on ordering a particular wedding dress through our store then the shipping cost payment will be non-refundable. We like to provide this convenient service to all of our customers!
